Unhappy with the constant updates
Our business uses Adobe predominately for the e-signing feature. When we first purchased the service it was relatively easy to use, smooth and no major issues. In the past two months Adobe has updated the entire e-signing product at least four times, meaning buttons are changed around for no reason, it takes re-learning the service every time.
It used to be almost instant to send to our clients, it now takes upwards of ten minutes. It's slow and clunky. Constantly freezing and restarting. It takes sometimes up to an hour to update, meaning we cannot use the service in that time frame, which sets back our work.
It's not good for your customers to keep changing things and making them worse. It worked just fine before.

Some issues with the updated e-signing product:
- The boxes to manually create fields for signing etc are clunky and difficult to resize.
- The autofill function for email addresses is terrible now, it picks up addresses which have none of the typed in characters, won't pick up addresses we use on a regular basis at all, it now takes a seemingly random amount of correct characters to fill in before it registers an address you may be trying to type. Typing in the next character makes it disappear until you backspace.
- Sometimes creating a field to enter a signature will cause the field to be created off screen, and you have to scroll up to a random page to find it. Can only be fixed by resetting the entire document.
- The fields created when you select from the drop down menu are massively oversized, creating far bigger text than the rest of the document. They used to be a lot smaller.
- Documents are taking up to ten minutes to send, used to be instant. You'll have to excuse the fact I did not reply to the original comment I made, as Adobe will not recognise my account details, despite the fact it will recognise them here.
