Thank you for your feedback. Do you mean the “audit report” included in the final copy of the Adobe Sign document emailed to you after it’s signed? Would you mind telling us the reason you’d like to have it disabled?

uploading documents always gets stuck
I hate acrobat online. It ALWAYS freezes when I am trying to upload a document to request a signature from a client. This has cost me so much time refreshing and it messing up each time until the 10th time is the charm. So annoying please fix.

Date field not working properly when Polish user interface is set.
Date field not working in Polish Acrobat Reader DC, Acrobat Pro 2020, Acrobat Pro DC and probably many others similar to those mentioned here. Calendar does not pop up after clicking on date field when user interfaces language is Polish. When user interface language is set to English date field work properly.

Wording on last two steps of Signature request
We are finding that the wording of the last two steps, Finish (2nd last) and then Tap to Sign (last) is confusing to our clients as they are not progressing past the Finish step, which is understandable. We think changing the wording on these steps would be far more practical and less confusing.

In person signature function SUCKS!
The in person signature function is nothing short of terrible..
Every time we try collect signatures we have to go through the process twice with the client. Makes the sales process clunky amd unprofessional. Essentially, we select the template once, only to be met with the “the page you’re trying to access is invalid”. Then, we start again and amazingly it works. The exact same form…. Please see attached image which shows the frustrating image I’m met with daily.
If I hadn’t already uploaded all our agreements as templates I’d have cancelled this service weeks ago. Eventually I will, but…

You have multiple profiles linked to your ID; however you can only send documents with Adobe Sign when you logged in with one of the profiles.

Not intuitive in any way
I'm trying to sign and you don't have black ink for marking up and it's not intuitive to figure out how to sign.

Signature too small
Too small signature on returned document makes this product unusable. Please let me know if there is a fix.

Did you use Request Signatures to request someone else to sign? Or did you use Fill and Sign to sign it yourself? Did it happen to all documents or just some? Is it possible for you to share the documents with us so we can investigate?

loss of features make product unuseable
this application is even more problematic today than it was yesterday, which was bad enough. Now i can't email my file. What is going on????

product fails to meet expectations
you had a good product and in the last month I have lost all the functionality. The latest is that I can't upload my pdf file.

1- adding a search option within the tabs of agreements (in progress, completed)
2- provide a notification mechanism as a chat or a button in the platform to send a request faster than the email

Adobe sign UX is the worst of any Saas in digital media. Worse than Zoho!
Your UX for the adobe sign and distribute tools is the worst of any SaaS in digital media today. Where to start, you ask? I would challenge you to create a form, like any form that any company producing any product would routinely submit for fills and approval, and try disseminating that. Typo in one of the email designees? You're ******. Want to create a template on the blank version of that form so you don't have to assign every entry field one-by-one? Advertised, but false. How about...try to assign more than one entry field to a single signer at…

Uploaded Image get's wrongly trimmed
I was trying to sign the form with an image of the signature but for some weird reason the picture get's trimmed all the time on the side. And half of the signature gets lost...
