For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Hello! The ability to rename batch submissions has disappeared. Now they are all under the same name "Binder". It is impossible to distinguish documents when there are many of them.

    You can change the name of the agreement in Review and Send modal, before you sent it out (see image). Please let us know if this resolve your question and if you have any other query.

  3. Where are the files I sent for signature? Where are the files that haven't been signed? Why do all my documents have the same name? At least DOCUSIGN would put the email address and customer name in the Document Name! This is not very customer friendly!

  5. Extremely unfriendly software. I've always used DocuSign to sign documents and my experience has been seamless. Wasted so much time trying to e-sign with Adobe and still not able to.

  6. your e-sign is so sketchy. people have an amazingly difficult time finishing these documents we send. either they can't finalize because they've finished all the fields, and adobe doesn't recognize that they have, or they don't finish.
    What we desperately need is for adobe to allow us to see the progress. This is a basic feature implemented by other e-sign products like dochub for instance.
    If we had ability to download 98% completed document, we could work with it. not seeing any progress until your broke finalization process is a deal breaker

  9. Application is ok, but it has trouble with textboxes containing characters such as č, ć or š. Textboxes containing such characters disappear when document is exported to pdf.

    We don't support signatures with only read mode activated, this is an intended behavior since the preference of that document were set like that unfortunately you will not be able to sign it. If you have any more doubts please reach out.

  15. I have set a password for the web form that needs to be signed. However, when I use the links provided in the "Share the URL" section, I can access the web form from a different browser or in incognito mode without needing the password, even when I'm logged out.

    On the other hand, when I try to access the form from the dashboard while logged in, it prompts me for the password. I believe this behavior should be reversed.

    We appreciate your interest in helping us improve our product. We are always looking for ways to improve our product and will definitely consider your request.

    As for the behavior, this is expected since a web form is a type of document that is intended to be available for anyone with access to the URL, and the password set in the compose page should be to keep the information secure only for the account owner. We can see this step as another security gate.

    You can always use the tool Request e-Signatures and add a password for the participants.

  16. The e-signature thing has been glitchy. Today it started blacking out the panel for signature options after I added some signature info. If I save the doc and reopen the doc I can send.

  17. I tend to use the app as default. When trying to request an e-signature, I get as far as selecting what I want the recipient to sign and then the left-side box goes black. This is where you would ordinarily finalise and send the document - which I now can't due to the random black boxes appearing.

    Would much appreciate it if this was resolved.

    2.   Select "Settings".

    3.   In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".

    This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue.

  18. Your Adobe Pro Digital Signature has always taken forever to run and is extremely complicated and borderline ancient. With each "downgrade" it get sworse and now doesn;t even work. You concentrate on adding all these complicated useless fetures that nobody wants or needs and forget the basice....ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, ETC.

    If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:

    2.   Select "Settings".

    3.   In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".

  20. your website navigation is just horrendous. my god, it takes 10 minutes to figure out how to get to my templates for esign. jesus christ, this is EVERY SINGLE TIME. i don't come here everyday, so its a nightmare trying to navigate past all the ******** you try to get me to download or buy. just take me to my **** and stop changing where the links are. do better, you charge enough **** money you should give two ***** about your customers time and convenience
