Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  3. please check Japanese localization in this product. The same command is shown in the same menu, but happen different action. this is really strange.

  5. I am trying to open up files sent by a client and I cannot get anything to open up. I kep getting this error message... "Something went wrong. Please try again later" Please help.

  6. This side by side comparison is misleading. The last option listed in the image highlights for both of these packages that a person could split a pdf into separate files. However, after purchasing the standard package it does not give me the option to split and I am told that I need to upgrade. Misleading. Bait and switch.

  7. This new format is TERRIBLE!!! Now agreements are buried down in the list instead of categorized by out for signature, completed, or waiting for my signature. It took 3 extra steps to get to the document history. HATE IT.

  12. The web interface is an absolute disaster of stupid programming. I have 353 documents waiting for signature when I click on the settings icon but it displays only about 50. Did you hire a kindergarten class to program this. ANY experienced programmer would take one look at this joke and see how massively stupid it is.

  14. there is no way to move a file I uploaded in "shared/for review" to files for organizing.

    If a document is unshared, there is no way to share it again, create a link or move it to files to organize

  19. The new update hinders my experience and makes it harder to navigate through Adobe Sign. The singed and unsigned documents are no longer seperated and I can no longer search through my documents. I also can't find my templates in this new update as well. Please fix this issue as it is no longer helpful with this new update.

  20. With the new Adobe.com website update, the "Manage Teams" function has been moved to be in the menu denoted by the (what I understand to be) new stylized "A" logo (the Blue circle with the triangle). The person that I chatted with the help me asked me to click on my user name in the top right corner of the adobe.com web page. which is what I was initially looking for. The new "A" blue circle logo does not give any indication that that is where the account information actually is after the web site sign-in is complete.
