I have a lot of respect for adobe, but with this experience i can its leader in fraud. I have to edit one document they keep saying its free free then created account, then asking money.

Terrible free trial experience
Possibly the worst free trial experience on the internet. It's not really a trial if I can do one file. Not a chance I subscribe as I assume this is indicative of the continued experience.

Reduce price, permanently
Cancellation fees combined with an overpriced subscription...Adobe needs to lower their prices if they want more users. Think about it: Raising prices will only mean less people can buy it. You can't make the price of bread a million dollars and expect the poor to buy it. No. Make the prices low, PERMANENTLY, and you'll get more users. That will offset the cancellation fee, and will overall ensure a smooth ride with Adobe, so we can focus on what matters most, instead of worrying about how to pay this $30 a month subscription. Penalty is a joke
You can improve service by not charging people who actually did not use your product!!! I bought your monthly subscription, but it did not serve the purpose. There was no point in me continuing to pay monthly for a product I did not need. Instead, I had to pay 100+ USD not to use it. Absolute joke

Unable to load Terms of Service page
Every time I try to read your Terms of Use, they vanish and are replaced with the Complete Your Account screen. This is completely unusable.

Acrobat internal validation on open
I have noted with Adobe Acrobat Pro, there is quite a delay everytime I open a document for the system to recognise I have a valid subscription - wouldn't it be worthwhile having a login for a session, not an individual document?

Lost my documents without warning
I had a bunch of documents in Adobe but no account. When ticked the first one to open, view and download it I lost all documents. It is not a good idea for the product to function that way without warning.

Well, it could work for one thing. Do NOT charge my credit card. I've spent too mujch time on this **** program. Could have combined 10 files by now. Tired of this new lazy tech support.

Not free as advertised.
Many acrobat functions are advertised as free but are not actually free. For example, adobe advertises that I can split a pdf for free, but then when I sign in I must purchase a subscription if I am to continue to split a page.

TERRIBLE Customer support- Causedmetocancel
I spoke to at least 10 different customer service reps on Adobe. All were incredibly unknowledgeable. Because of this, you have lost my business and probably 10-fold more because I will absolutely be sharing my terrible experience with you all with all of my business partners. Good luck and goodbye
