For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  3. There used to be the ability to copy and paste a message into the message box, but now you have to type it in and if you make a mistake, it won't let you backspace or delete it to correct the mistake.

  5. I hate Adobe and want to cancel 1 of my plans. It's impossible to get to the email address I want to cancel, you keep showing me the addrress I wanty ot keep. FFS, is it impossible to have someone that is actuaslly a person help me?

  6. I sometimes have problems selecting multiple templates.

  8. I'm having a new issue with the comment bar over the past several days. Sometimes, it glitches so that the comments are on top of the interface buttons, making some features hard to access. What's more, it actually looks like the scrolling bar for the comments section completely disappears when this happens, making it extremely difficult to navigate through a long list of comments.

    I wanted to provide some feedback regarding the recent updates implemented into the Adobe Sign feature of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite. We are a school that regularly utilizes your products, particularly Adobe Sign, for enrollment and recruitment purposes.

    Currently, we are experiencing difficulties with our usage of Adobe Sign. Despite having multiple templates set up for sending signatures, we are encountering issues when attempting to utilize them. As a result, our operations are being negatively impacted.     Thank you for your suggestion! We're excited to let you know that you can now use send multiple templates for signing.

    To use it please follow below steps:

    1. Click on E-Sign option in the top bar at Home page

    2. Click on Request E-Signatures card

    3. This will open the file picker, then select the E-Sign template option and select multiple templates, then click on Continue

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused. You can print a document using "Print this file" option available under triple dot menu in topbar. You can also use key-board shortcut "Ctrl+P" to do the same.

This is the worst service I've ever seen, you allow me to create an account and do everything, and finally you prevent me from adding or editing my PDF, and even if I want to pay you, you say that it is not supported in my country, then why allowing me to connect to your stupid dashboard, and waste my time, since you do not care for our country, I will ensure that all users in my network never use your services

    To log out of Acrobat Web, please follow the steps below:

    1. Click on the avatar icon located at the top right corner.
    2. After clicking, a menu list will appear. Select the last option titled "Sign out" from the menu.
    3. You will be successfully logged out of your account.

  15. 解決済のコメントの表示方法を
    「完了→非表示」にするのではなく、

    「完了→文字が灰色に(薄色)」や
    「完了→コメントに打ち消し線」など、
    他の閲覧者が完了済コメントの内容を確認しやすいようにしてほしい。

    既に完了した内容を非表示になっていたがために、同様のコメントを入力してしまうことが多いです。

    To view the resolved comments, please follow the steps outlined below:

    1. Click on the "Filters" button located in the upper right section of the comments panel.
    2. The filters panel will appear; there, click the "Resolve" button, and then close the filters panel.
    3. All the resolved comments will now be visible in the comments panel.

  17. Your new signing system isnt very good - it doesnt remember email addresses from history like it used to, and now signing takes longer as you can't just drag and drop signatures and dates - you need to select signature and then type of signature - wasting clicks

  18. I love adobe scan for android, first time using adobe cloud on desktop to get the files I just scanned:
    - Very slow to use on desktop
    - Cannot open file on new window using middle click button
    - Too many steps to rename file (Click on file, click on name menu, click on edit button, change name, save)

  20. This online version sucks! I hate it. I miss my old desktop version where I can batch import a bunch of PDF's. The interface is also horrible and non-intuitive. I'm going to request our IT look for a different tool to edit PDF's.
