Unable to fill & sign on password protected pdf
Unable to use "Fill & Sign" feature on password protected file. While I'm able to view the pdf.

Sign can't work, tech support can't fix it
Sign doesn't work. You couldn't make it work so I have to pay for Authentsign. I should not have to also buy other subscriptions because sign doesn't work. It stopped working right when i bought creative cloud. The only think i actually needed is the Sign feature.

Sharing that doesn't share.
I cannot believe the unreliability of your Adobe Cloud sharing program. I have researched this issue which you are aware of and that I am paying for with my subscription yet I am unable to consistently access. Absolutely nothing short of unacceptable issue. It is not my internet as all else is functioning. Nor is it my computer as all other programs working. Just utterly sad service.

error can't edit
I bought this only for "edit" function and I have been getting error messages for the past hour so it's frustrating

Popup menu disappears too fast
When I try to click the top right icon to sign out, a menu briefly appears (the one including the sign out link) but then disappears, so I can't sign out. I'm using Edge browser on Win 10.

We are experiencing server errors whereby our data is not recorded. - that ticker/tracker says 0GB used out of 100GB .

Waste of Time
I absolutely detest one aspect of Adobe. I hate (but can live with) the fact that I am prohibited from having Adobe active on more than 2 devices at any one time. What I detest is that when I open a PDF from the device that is not active, it tells me it must shut down!!! Why not just tell me to deactivate another device, send me to a log-in page to select a device to deactivate? Then I wouldn't have to open Adobe, log-in, deactivate a device, then reopen my document. What a waste of time!! This is such…

Changes disappear from final document
When I go to share a link or download a copy, none of the changes are present. It's a web-based copy function.

Missing agreement in the Adobe apps
We are actively use Adobe Acrobat for the e-signature. We would like to highlight that the Adobe apps need to be improved. Sometime the agreement that we sent to the approver, and the approver's apps doesn't appear that agreement.

Tool not working
PDF compress tools is not working as one would expect the fonts not showing correctly after compression.

Combine files doesn't work
Why can't i combine files? I can add them but the combine button never enables?

Thanks for reaching out and apology for the trouble. After seeing your screenshot, we have observed that you have entered the name in the Enter new file name text box and hence you are seeing Combine button is disabled. Once you enter the name, you will be able to combine files.
