The ability to print out large thumbnails of multiple pages (2-3 per page) along with presenter notes would be very helpful for presenters, but also to print and hand out to participants. Add the ability to write presenter notes for pdfs, so that when on presentation mode, the notes can be seen by the presenter as help, just like powerpoint:
