Clearer communication
Adobe newsletter touting availability of Compare feature doesn't mention this is a Pro-only feature. The link from the article lists step-by-step instructions for using this cool feature never once mentioning that it's only available for Pro version. The screencap shows Pro but it is tiny font and very easy to miss.
This required an investment by me and your customer support to resolve this. Better communication on your end about who has access to your features is a good thing.

I completely agree that clearer communication would improve the user experience. The same principle applies to tools like <a href="https://justmorsecodetranslator.com/">Morse Code Translator</a>, where clear message transmission and interpretation are essential.
