bug, keep crashing, need improvement please

please review your software, it keeps crashin on my iMac, just rubbish product

Same issue, running mac OS high Sierra on my MacBook pro. Crashes every time i open a file, software at latest version. I am not sure its rubbish would appreciate assistance.
