Fix your browser code!
Can't manage account settings in Firefox or Chrome. Page does not load properly. only works in Edge. Frustrating! Problem for several months!

Hi-- this was some time ago, and I have not used the program since. I cancelled it not long after this note. I can't replicate the issue either, because I cancelled my account, in part due to frustrations noted here.
But I did leave several messages with Adobe about it. Here was one: "When I click on the links to manage my plan, it takes me to a page that has the usual headers, but a blank space in the middle of the page. There is no error message. I cannot manage or change my plan because there is no interface to do it with." Here was another message: "When I go to my account and click on "Manage plan" in the "Plans and Products" page it links to another page which does not contain any information. The headers are there, with "plans and products" highlighted, but there is no information in the centre of the page. It is just blank. I've tried several different browsers to no avail. The other links all work, but there is no interface or way to change my current plan. Please advise."
I did upload a picture, which is still attached to my account, so if you access that, you will see my note, quoted above. Working with the interface in Microsoft edge solved the immediate issue of being able to see/manage my plan settings. However, this was a big contributor to why I cancelled. I hate Edge and expect the interface to work with Chrome/Firefox.
