Ability for customers and even your support staff to be able to search with partial serial numbers

Users be able to search with partial serial numbers to find products - find it hard to believe in this day and age that this is not possible by customers or support staff

Thanks for bringing this issue to our notice. Your valuable feedback helps us improving our product. We discussed about this particular issue and we do not have any plans to work on it in immediate future. However, we’ll have it in our radar and might revisit at an appropriate time in future.

    We only have 20 digits of a 24 digit serial number due the mistake of our purchasing department.

    I have been trying to find the remaining 4 and from what I can see, no option to search using this in the accounts section and the Adobe support advised me they could not search with only 20 digits
