There appears to be a bug when searching for words in a bookmarks. Selecting "Include Bookmarks" does not work and appears to have no effect. However selecting "Include Comments" will find search words in bookmarks.
My version as of 2020 July 19 is:

Hi Neelofar,
To search content in bookmarks you may follow below steps.
1. Open PDF and go to Edit-> Advance search.
2. Enter text you want to search and enable checkbox "include bookmarks"
3. Click Search.Search results will be shown in Advance Search window including bookmarks.
