Send and Track never works.
send and track never works. It continues to say for me to log in and there is no internet connection. I am using ethernet, not wifi.

Thanks for posting the query. Can you help us with a few queries-
1. Which application are you using Reader or Acrobat?
2. Are you able to access your Document Cloud filelist? Or that shows "No Internet Connection" error message?
3. Are you using any specialized environment like Citrix, etc
4. It will be great if you could share a video of the entire workflow you are performing which asks you to Sign-in again and throws a "No Internet Connection" error message.
