Locks up

I'm 2 hours into filling a form and it decides to lock up+#*#.
Don't know what to do but if I loose my info I will quit paying for Acrobat!

Are you facing this issue with every file ?
Or
every time with the same file ?

In case of second scenario, if possible please share the file and Acrobat DC version details.
