Send as Attachment does not work on new system

I tried to send a PDF as an attachment - which the old system did fine - but when I hit continue, nothing happens.

We do the same thing. We initial invoices and send as an attachment to accounting. Now we can't do that. We have to save to a folder somewhere and attach it to an email via Outlook. The new update literally created three extra steps!
