Keep Comment Bar Open When Reopen pdfs
Would like the comment bar to stay open when save and close pdfs to avoid having to click Tools and Comments every time I open a pdf.

Thanks for bringing this issue to our notice. Your valuable feedback helps us improving our product. We discussed about this particular issue and we do not have any plans to work on it in immediate future. However, we’ll have it in our radar and might revisit at an appropriate time in future.
For the meanwhile, if there are specific comment annots that you constantly require, you can simply add them to the quick tools option by dragging them from the comments tool bar.
