Highlight text as Read Out Loud feature is reading the text

When using the Read Out Loud feature, please have it highlight the words it is reading out loud while it is reading it. This will enable users to follow along as the program reads the document to them. Someone asked about it in the forum in 2017 and your representative kept telling them to click on the text they want the program to read to them. This is not the goal and often inconvenient. The goal is to be able to select "Read Page Only" or "Read Entire Document" and as it is read aloud by the program have the words or sentences highlighted as the program reads them. Having to select the text first to have the program read it is not convenient for this use.

    I am visually impaired with a disease called retinitis pigmentosa and reading has become difficult.
    I appreciate the read aloud function however it is harder to follow and get lost where i am in the document. Would like to see if there is a way that i can follow along or know where i am in the document
    Any help is appreciated

    I HAVE TO CONVERT THE BOOKS INTO WORD FILE THEN GET THIS BENEFIT.
    BUT IF PDF FILES HAVE THIS FEATURE IT WOULD BE OF GREAT HELP.
