Adobe Acrobat DC

Hello Adobe IT-support

Currently I got an user where Adobe Acrobat DC randomly crashes with following error codes:

Name on program with error: AcroRd32.exe, version: 19.8.20081.46137, time stamp: 0x5be1da18
Name on module with error: Annots.api, version: 19.8.20080.44583, Time stamp: 0x5bca4f44
Un expected error code: 0xc0000005
Error 0x001273d0
Proces-id 0x4b28

I have tried to uninstall Adobe and repair it again with no luck

What is wrong?

    Being a program from the author of the PDF format itself, it is the "standard" tool for PDF approving. Although, as I wrote above, there are alternatives, and one of them is Foxit PDF Reader. Programs from third-party developers are often no worse, and sometimes surpass more popular tools in terms of functionality.
