Please create a manual sort/ shuffle function for comments to improve team project and instruction communication.

The idea is to be able to shuffle comments around and print them in a 'manual sort' order rather than most recently updated.
Often comments need to be viewed in a particular order to make sense.
Or they may need to be actioned in a particular order to work properly

This is especially true for visual or construction/ workflow based projects but we don't always think "in order" so being able to shuffle our comments would allow us to improve our communication before sharing our comment summaries -it would also allow us to prioritise or re-prioritise our work when we are sent random commentary
