BUG: Default page range still prints all pages. "Page 1 - Page 2" selected will still print all 400 pages of a document, and can't be cancelled. Causes major problems. If you click the page range radio button and erase "Page 1 - Page 2" and replace with "1-2" it will print those two pages. This is in Adobe Reader.

Adobe Acrobat has a similar issue: When I click the radio button by the
"pages" bar under Pages to Print, it does not automatically change the
preview to the default "page 1 - page 2." When I click into the bar and manually change the pages to print, and then click *out *of the bar again, then it changes the preview to the selected pages.
