Save as Reduced Size PDF - Nothing Happens

Save as Reduced Size PDF no longer works in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Any advice?

    Thanks for your response. I am available for a private fix.

    My OS is Windows 10. The application is Acrobat Pro 32-bit.

    Would you be available to test one private fix for the same?

    Also, please share some more details about your environment - OS (Windows or Mac), application - Adobe Acrobat or Reader? Is it 64-bit application?

    I second this. "Save as Reduced Size PDF" results in a blank dialog box (File > Reduce File Size). See attached.
