Insert ability to remove all OCRing / hidden text behind visible text in document
I sometimes receive files that have printed text that appears correctly but for which the underlying OCRing (or text derived from Word or another word processor) has become corrupt or is otherwise garbled and bears no relation to the visible printed text. An example is attached. It would be very helpful if there were a feature that allowed you to remove all existing OCRed text (or the underlying hidden text produced from the word processor) and run Acrobat's OCRing again from scratch.
It's possible to print an image only PDF and then OCR this, but that is cumbersome, loses quality and leads to massively bloated files (around 30mb for the attached example).
