Be able to adjust width of Tools Pane by selecting the frame and moving it left or right. (Acrobat Standard DC 20.006.20034)
Most GUI based applications allow the end user to adjust width of a page by grabbing the frame and moving it left or right.
In my specific case, I am editing forms and the Tools pane shows the field names, which is nice, but I have to scroll the window to read the full names. There is a scroll bar on the bottom but this reduces the utility of the feature.

I 100% agree on this feature.
I have a widescreen monitor with a higher resolution and it's a such waste of screen real estate when the tools pane is a fixed width. I hate having to go to the bottom of the tools pane to scroll left or right in order to see the full form field names, it's very frustrating and I know for a fact that it's impacting my productivity. I want to be able to adjust the width of the tools pane to be a width that works for me.
I imagine the feature can be similar to Window's OS's ability to change the width of windows when you've snapped them to the left and right, then in the middle of the two windows, there's a slider to change the width of both windows. For Acrobat, the Tools Pane and the main document (and I suppose the navigation pane too) should have that same slider feature.
Please, help!? Thank you.

Why hasn't a fix been created for this? This slows the productivity of the forms/field panel to have to scroll to see the field names. It is so frustrating to have to spend time scrolling to find where you want to edit the fields. I know you can use the property dialog box but navigating the field names in the panel and changing them there would be a lot faster if you didn't have to scroll. Identifying field names that are not unique would be easier too! I see complaints but no fixes.
