Printing/scanning issues after update 2020.009.20063
I am working at an MSP currently. Two separate customers are experiencing issues with printing/scanning after update 2020.009.20063 on Reader and Acrobat DC.
If you try to scan a document that is multiple pages it will freeze after the first page.
We attempted repairs and reinstalls but were unsuccessful with both.
Workstations are running W10.
Thank you.

We had adobe rolled out 009.20063 last month and had issues with 110 systems not printing. It freezes printing to any printer or as pdf. I rolled back to 006.20042 with no issues printing. But got a forced update to 009.20065 and it still has same failures and I have to individually roll back all systems again? I could not figure out what was freezing the new version. Any ideas?

On all previous versions, scanning multiple pages worked fine.
However after installing this update, scanning multiple pages will result in Acrobat freezing on optimizing the first page. Or if it doesn't freeze, it will return a document with only the first page.
As a workaround, is there a way to install a previously working version of Acrobat Pro DC via Creative Cloud?
