Adobe Sign - Change the Wording of 'Tap To Sign' when signing documents
I work at a financial institution and we use Adobe Sign for remote signatures. Many of our members have issues signing documents because of the way that Adobe Sign works for signing. At the end of the signing process, a 'Tap To Sign' button/link appears after the member has actually already signed their name. Most of them think they are done and have submitted the document, but have not because 1) they miss that 'Tap To Sign' button even pops up after they have clicked a Finish button (that is very confusing to many) 2) and most importantly the phrase 'Tap To Sign' does not make sense to them. At that point, they have already physically signed, so it would make more sense for the button to say 'Click to Submit' or 'Submit', or something similar.
We have so many members that struggle with this portion of signing. It would be very helpful to update this terminology. Your consideration would be most appreciative! Thanks! Jason

FINISH means to end or to complete. For another action to be required after FINISH is entirely illogical and very frustrating.
Many of my clients reasonably close the browser window once they click FINISH. This necessitates a phone call by me to tell them that they are not finished when they clicked Finish, which makes no sense.
Please fix this.
Also, the completion message of "You're all set." is an idiom, a phrase with a figurative meaning that differs from the literal meaning of the individual words. Clarity should be foremost when signing documents with legal effect. How about, "You have completed electronically signing the document."
