Dear Adobe Team, I need to file a complaint regarding your billing policy.

So far I am using Adobe Pro DC and it works perfect. Yet I can see, that I will not need to renew my contract ones the 12 month periode is over. Even though I made two attemps to talk to you online support team they could not help me prevent a not needed renewal so far. The only option offered was to pay the full amount that is still open but then not being able to use the program any longer from this very moment of the cancelation of the contract.
In my view this is a very serious form of betrayal. I am unable to belive that a modern tech company like yours is playing to be unable to stop a renewal of a contract in advance.
In contrast I am offered a very narrow time window between the 30th of september and 4th of october to cancel the contract I paied for and still not start a new contract.
I am looking forward to your response explaining me your company policy on that issue.
My idea would be to be more flixible on your side when it comes to stopping automatic renewals. At leat in my case this would increase customer satisfaction.

To make my point a bit more clear, it is maybe helpful to add a screenshot. It shows that I will still get billed until the end of subsciption, which of course is perfectly fine, yet loose the benefits of the product immediately. This is not ok in my opinion.
