Need to be able to highlight text and add header/footer/file name to digitally signed documents (with the option of keeping it clean). This DOES NOT IMPAIR content or security of the file and does not change/invalidate the document execution. Please note, this precisely is a huge issue with digitally signed documents in that they are impossible to work with afterward For reasons of confidentiality, I can not attach an example file. ***My idea: allow highlight/notation/header/footer BUT INCLUDE A FEATURE: a "send with/without notations" and a "print with/without notes" feature. It would make these files far more manageable post-execution in that the security remains in-tact while workability does too.
