Image flattening on Macs causes problems

In order to flatten images on a Mac, I am unable to use the flattening icon. I must export the file as postscript. When I do that, it darkens all images and puts a thin outline around all text boxes and images, which ruins my product. This is for items to sell and it is seriously effecting my business.

    Macos High Sierra version 10.13.6
    Attaching photo of Adobe & example of what is happening with thin lines.
    Lines happen only in Powerpoint.
    Color darkening/dulling is happening with Microsoft Word & Powerpoint. All documents.
    There are no pending updates on my computer.

    Thank you for reporting the issue. Can you please provide us the details of the following:

    • Acrobat Version - Please share the screenshot of the Acrobat version screen Go to help -> About Acrobat ... and take a screenshot
    • Operating system (Mac/Win) and its version
    • Are you facing the issue with specific PDF file or every file. If it is file specific then can you please share the file with us.
