Dear Sir/Madam,

In 11 Oct, 2013, I bought a full license of CS6.0 (Adobe order no. 138180935) and 4 license of Acrobat Professional 11.0 together (Adobe order no. 138180935, cert ID: 11782938). After installing my CS6.0 for many years, I did not notice that the CS6.0 I have purchased came with an older Acrobat X Pro. I was shocked to find out the laptop where I have installed CS6.0 has an old Acrobat X Pro that cannot be updated to Acrobat XI Pro. All other laptops and PCs have Acrobat XI Pro. Please advise on why did CS6.0 came with a Acrobat X Pro while Acrobat XI Pro is available and an upgrade of the old Acrobat XI Pro is not allowed.
