AdobeSign Reporting Customisation
The current activity reports in Adobe Sign are good when they can be exported as a csv file...however, so that my team can use the data properly, I need to re-format and extract specific data from the 70+ data fields within the csv file.
I propose a custom reporting function where users can select specific transaction data (i.e. recipient name, date signed, time signed, agreement name) and export this information as required. The CSV files also don't alwasy export exactly the same data fields - I've run the same report twice in 2 weeks and one has 3 extra fields compared to the other, yet there's no data in them? Also, formatting the data as per the country of origin for the user - I'm in the UK, yet my dates default back to the US standard of MM/DD/YYY.
