Scrolling preferences window (Windows)
Currently the preferences window is very hard to use and frankly, broken:
You can't scroll with a touchpad.
You can't scroll with a touchscreen.
You can't scroll with a mousewheel.
Scrolling over a combo box changes the setting >:(
Content doesn't scroll when you drag the scrollbar!
The preferences window cannot resize small enough for smaller screens.
Overall: infurating.

I can't scroll the General tab of the Preferences at all (The other pages do not appear to need scrolling so I think this particular page isn't rendering a scroll at all because some engineer thought they didn't need that feature) There are at least 2 settings I can see an edge of that are unreachable.. unclue what's below the line. RELATED: When I mouse over those half-settings they visibly highlight which never goes away.. definitely broken page rendering.

The only ways that I can scroll are with the scroll bar and touchscreen, and when using the scroll bar the menu waits until you let go and then jumps. Very annoying.

Agree with everything although I think scrolling over a combo box might be standard behaviour.
