Remove the "Billing Issue" warning from the Ribbon. I have paid, I just don't want my credit card on file for autorenewal.
It is very unprofessional and annoying for you to plant a bright red warning message prominently on my ribbon in the upper right corner WHEN I HAVE ALREADY PAID you. When i click on it, it says the warning is because I have not given you my credit card to auto-renew so I will lose access in the future. I will decide based on my user experience if I want to renew. This is harassment and a distraction to me when using the Acrobat Pro DC software.
I just tried for 20 min to find a way on your site to contact a rep. Just a maze, a circular loop with no way to get to a live person. This is not the kind of issue that can be resolved by reading about functionality tips in your "self-service" files. Finding and clicking on 'contact you' just sends you back to the self-service maze.
This is a bad idea that more discourages than encourages retention.

absolutely DISGUSTING, because now it disables some functions in adobe CC, like After effects and media encoder .... etc
even though you have already paid.
