Software Download
Currently it is overly complicated to reinstall software on new computer in enterprise environment.
Example: user has Adobe Acrobat Pro. Their laptop is being replaced with a new on. There is no easy way to simply logon to Adobe.com with the users credentials to download the software so it can be reinstalled on the new laptop.
Why not allow the Administrator for the account the ability to go to the products page under their corporate account and select the software and download it so it can be reinstalled on a replacement system for the end user.
There is no option to resend the welcome letter with the download link and this just makes the process overly complicated for administrators.
