tables no longer export from Word doc to pdf without massive fail

When a table is exported from Word into Adobe pdf, tables are tagged incorrectly. To pass, very tedious fixes are needed. Please fix this bug.

PDF Maker is putting <P> tags with PathPathPathPath at the beginning of header rows, and often the remaining rows in a table.
