[BUG] Acrobat crashes when opening/interacting with a file on M1

Steps to reproduce:
- Open a file with Adobe Acrobat
- Interact with the PDF viewer such as opening document properties, etc
- After a couple of seconds, Acrobat does not respond and will have to be force closed.
Environment:
Device: MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020)
OS: macOS Big Sur 11.6 (20G165)
Architecture: arm64
Processor: Apple M1
Build: 21.7.20096.454274
AGM: 4.30.110
CoolType: 6.0.0
JP2K: 2.0.1.49214
Expected Result:
- Acrobat functionality works
Observed Result:
- Program does not respond after a couple of seconds of interacting with the application.

Two years after these posts and Adobe's constant requests for logs (and receipt of them), it appears that this problem - freezing on M1 chip computers, like my Mac Studio - still happens. I have not been able to resolve this after many months. This problem renders my "new" computer pointless.

Exact problem here. But it does not crash with some PDFs.
