Keeps saying my subscription is expired

I have this problem too. I'm subscribed through my academic license, but can't get rid of the warning that says "subscription expired". I also have to double-click on a pdf twice to open it. In other words, when I double-click a pdf, it opens the viewer (or if the viewer is open, does nothing). Then I need to double-click on the pdf again and it will open. I assume this is because of the confusing subscription issue.
