Yes on on all my 3 new M1 apple computers. Need cit for my work as use PDF all the time. All 3 computers not useable. No help from 1st line support staff who on several occasions gave up on me giving some stupid reason like my internet router need changing despite the fact that my other 3 iMac (intel) work fine. This really needs sorting out quick

Same happens on Intel Mac (2.7 GHz 12-Core Intel Xeon E5 with AMD FirePro D700 6 GB). This just started happening after the last update and makes working with interactive PDF's nearly impossible.
Please fix this asap or allow us to roll back to a functioning version that won't cause us to have a seizure.

There is more info in the forums. No solutions are presented, but I thought this link might be helpful to the engineers tasked with solving his issue.

Same effect noted here. In addition to the blinking, it causes sluggishness with text entry and formulas. It takes far too long to enter data, and slows down everything
