Automatic Certificates Creation
Good afternoon. I need to create hundreds of 1 page certificates. In MS Word I use the Mail Merge to include the participants names and signature. I convert all of them into a pdf file. With Adobe Acrobat Pro, I bookmark every certificate with the participant
s name. Before the name, I need to write "Certificate" so the name of each pdf would be for example "Certificate Joe Doe". I do this manually in the bookmark part. Then, in the Organize Pages part, I split them by Top Level Bookmarks. In Output Options, I wish there would be an option under "File Labeling/File Name/Use bookmark names for file names" to allow to add label name (for example in this case "Certificate") BEFORE the name of the bookmark. Is there a way that Adobe recognizes automatically the name of each certificate, since all of themare located in the same row of the document? that way I don`t need to do the bookmarks one by one? Also, once all of the certificates are named and splitted into a one page, I need to protect the signature (without a password) just with the Certification used by Adobe CDS CA, Adobe Sign. Is there a way to do this in bulk?. Shadow all certificates and do this operation? That way we could save a lot of time for a simple task. Thank you.
