Hi, I'm Milagros from Uruguay. I am currently starting the procedures to be able to hire Adobe Sign. But to do that, I need my contract with Adobe to meet certain requirements. One of them is that it has the ISO 27001, ISO 27017 certification or have applied for CSA STAR Level 1. This requirement is already covered. However, the second requirement is that there should be a contractually specified service level agreement (SLA) of at least 99.9% availability and that includes penalties for non-compliance. They have not yet been able to confirm that Adobe Sign meets this condition. For this, I would appreciate if you could help me.
