Print To PDF Doesn't Resize PDF
As per the title - when printing a PDF using the Adobe PDF Function, it doesn't actually resize the page, meaning when I want to use it in an app that doesn't support resizing/scaling, it's basically useless? Why else would I want to take a PDF and "print" another PDF from it if not changing the actual file itself?
For example, I want to be able to resize a bigger PDF down to A4 size. The selections are all there in page setup - it just doesn't actually do any of it though.

Hi Brenda,
As suggested I did end up using another Print To PDF Service in order to make it function properly and solve my issue. It does however lead me to the question though, if the Print To PDF Function doesn't actually change anything in the file itself (I played with a few options just to see what changed, as it seemed to duplicate the exact same file, down to the kilobyte), what it's actually designed to achieve?
Appreciate you getting back to me as well :)

Hi there,
I understand your frustration with the print to PDF feature not resizing the PDF as desired. Have you considered using a third-party PDF printer driver that may offer more advanced features and customization options? Another option could be to adjust the settings of the application you are printing from to adjust the page size and layout before printing to PDF. Alternatively, Adobe Acrobat Pro DC may provide more advanced resizing options compared to the basic print to PDF feature.
I hope this helps, and please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns.
Best.
