Acrobat not recognize PNG's files to Combine
Dear Adobe team,
I am reaching out to you to express a concern regarding the functionality of Adobe Acrobat. Recently, I have been using Acrobat to combine multiple PNG files into a single PDF document, but I have encountered difficulties in this process.
When attempting to combine the PNG files in Acrobat, I have noticed that the program does not seem to recognize this image format correctly. While Acrobat is known for its ability to work with a wide range of file formats, it appears that support for combining PNG files is either absent or limited in this specific feature.
As a user, this is frustrating as the PNG format is widely used and valued for its high quality and ability to maintain image transparency. However, I find myself in need of combining multiple PNG files into a single PDF document and have not found a suitable solution within Acrobat.
Therefore, I am reaching out to you in the hope that you can provide an alternative solution within Adobe Acrobat for combining PNG files, without resorting to external methods such as printing and scanning. I would greatly appreciate any advice or guidance you can offer to overcome this limitation and achieve efficient and effective PNG file merging within Acrobat.
I greatly appreciate your attention and dedication to the continuous improvement of your products. Adobe Acrobat has been an invaluable tool for me on numerous occasions, and I trust that your team will find a suitable solution for this specific issue.
I look forward to your prompt response and thank you in advance for your assistance.
Sincerely,
Rolando Urena
