All text and numbers in Pdf are changed to symbols
Hello, When I access my PDF file all text and numbers are changed to symbols. I have checked and all programs are up to date and I have cleared all my cookies and caches of data. But the issue continues. What can I do to correct this? Thank you.

When I type numbers, instead of 1,2, 3 etc I get ١٢٣٤٥٦٧٨٩. Even when I cut and paste a number within the same document I only get symbols.
