New Reader layout >>> will not convert to Word

Why will the new layout NOT convert?
I'm trying to do the same thing I have always done with the other layout with no problems, convert PDF to Word, and the Convert Button does NOTHING.

    Thanks for providing the feedback. Could you please provide more details on the issue that you are facing. Also if possible please help with the below details
    1. OS Win/Mac
    2. Acrobat Version
    3. Any error message that you are getting
    4. Screenshot of the issue.
