Please allow the quick tool bar to be moved to the top or bottom so it doesn't cover data on the document.

Since we can only move the toolbar from the left to right, it blocks data on the document. Please allow it to be moved from top to bottom also.

People are always against changes and frankly what side of the document tools are - dont bother me. But who came on the bright idea that a floating tools bar (identical functions found otherwhere around the layout) should cove text/pictures and not be able to remove???
Put it back at top ewhere it belongs.
