[BUG] Searching Embedded Index via a script fails
Since the last update to Acrobat DC, searching an Embedded Index file using a script fails: No results are ever found. The same search command, using the same Index file, can be performed manually, and once that is done the script works, but not if it is executed on its own.
To reproduce:
Create an Embedded Index (.pfx) file for a file.
Run the following JS code (adjusting the file-path of the Index and the search term, of course):
var cIdxPath = "/C/Test/MyIndex.pdx";
search.query("search", "Index", cIdxPath);
This results in 0 results, and the search doesn't seem to "kick in" at all.
Now run the same command manually. The index will be searched and results will be found (if they exist). If you now run the same code as before, it will work.
Restart the application and searching using the script fails again.
OS and Acrobat versions: Windows 10. Acrobat Pro DC 2023.006.20360 (both 32 and 64 bits).
Expected result: The search should begin at the first attempt, either manually or via the script.
Observed result: The search only works if first triggered manually.

With your new update you really messed me up. My search routine working for years with no problem now ignores the Path I pass on to it and built up it's own Path for searching my Cataloged index. So the search fails and return blank.
I am doing an Cataloged index rebuild at the middle of night by passing a parameter files with at least 10 /Rebuild record file in it... Index rebuild is done but Adobe Acrobat keeps open and does not exit. So the rest of my Scheduled task does not get run and after the time out task will end.
Sorry, I am highly resentful to have contact with your support in India. They are bunch of incompetent people that does not keep their promise to call and do not even send a message that they do not call.For God sake fix and remove all those bugs, I am falling behind my work.
