Blacked Out imported signature boxes created from other programs
I am mass printing forms that contain signatures created by drawing on tablets or mobile devices to Acrobat PRO; however I am seeing that some signatures are being covered by a black box when opened in Pro. It is random. This does not happen when I try to Save as PDF and not bring the image into Adobe however I then lose all Adobe Pro capabilities like Combine, OCR, Organize, etc

Thats bad if true because we need to print these pages with signatures. Also it is randomly choosing with to redact. If i have 40 pages of electronically captured signatures it may redact 9 of them.

This is a security feature. The program recognizes the data is a signature and redacting so you don't replicate it.
