Document cloud
Brief description of the use case:
starting from Adobe Document cloud in a SharePoint online environment I click on the "Desktop" button to open a PDF file in Adobe Reader.
A selection window appears where i can start Acrobat Reader or download & install the app.
The download button is highlighted in blue, and encourages me to be the better choice.
Error indication:
The application is already installed by 100% of users. Due to a lack of permission on the desktop, Acrobat Reader cannot be downloaded and installed again.
Feature request:
- Is it possible to remove this selection window and open Acrobat Reader directly? The menu bar might offer an entry for download
- Alternatively, is it possible to turn the first button "Open Now" blue instead of the second one?
Thank you for your feedback.
Best regards
Ali

We want to use Adobe Document Cloud for more than 300.000 user in our company.
It´s important to remove the selection window as....1) .... Adobe Reader is already standard application to open PDF files on user clients.
2) ... button to install dekstop app (Adobe Reader) makes no sense as it is already installed and due to lack of permission, Acrobat Reader cannot be downloaded and installed again on user level.
3) ... button to install desktop app is blue and encourages the user to be the better choice.
So please, its very important to remove the selection window!
At least it should be possible and very easy to implement for Adobe, to change the color of the button "Open now" to blue and color of the button to "Install desktop app" to grey (switch colors of the two buttons) that a blue button "Open now" encourages the user to be the better choice.
