Customer Service in Non-Existent
The customer service is horrible. I spoke to someone with a heavy Indian accent yesterday, which I can only assume tech service is being outsourced there. i called regarding my installation issue and I couldn't understand her most of the time. She told me to deactivate the acrobat x pro on cpu #1 so that I can try and install it on cpu #2. now cpu #1 cannot be re-activated and is about to deactivate in 1 more day, and now I might not have acrobat x pro for my business, which I paid A LOT OF MONEY FOR, and I had it active for the last 11 years i had a business, but because the 2 cpu limit has now been reached due to deactivating cpu #1. I tried calling the number 1 (800) 833-6687, that I called yesterday, and now the prompts aren't being accepted from my cell phone, which is the same phone I used to call the person with the heavy Indian accent. the last thing she told me was the tech team would call my cell phone number i verified with her, and thats in my file 425-244-8366. i have registered the software. in my adobe account information, it lists the software I do have, but it doesn't list any activated devices in my account information. i need to speak with someone about this issue immediately so that I may continue to run my business, and i need to edit my pdf files. thank you
