One of the primary reasons I am looking at purchasing Adobe Acrobat is to parse PDFs. Here is an example: https://www.kycourts.gov/AOC/Information-and-Technology/Analytics/Documents/UOR_Description_List_Website.pdf
This contains a spreadsheet. When I use Adobe Acrobat Pro to export an xlsx file from this PDF, it's quite bad. Many records get butchered. Is this a common problem? Or is there something particularly problematic with this file?
